Small Study Shows that Red Yeast Rice May Lower Cholesterol
On and on it goes, the great medical con job that cholesterol causes heart disease.
The fat theory of heart disease, first proposed in 1953 by Dr. Ancel Keys, began the charade that medicine still buys into to this day.
Despite many published studies that are simply ignored, medical doctors still tout the message that cholesterol clogs our arteries and causes heart disease.
The search for ways to lower cholesterol continue to flourish. How are all these doctors missing the fact that cholesterol is not a bad thing? The answer is simple: they bought into a belief system and simply ignore and are unaware of the science that disputes the current beliefs.

But these drugs cause a lot of people a lot of problems such as muscle pain.
The fascinating thing about all this is that the “ideal” level of blood cholesterol was lowered from the normal 220-240 mg/dl to less than 200 in 1985.
Today, they’re at it again, wanting to lower it even further. Cholesterol levels are not under your control, they’re automatically controlled by your body just like temperature. So the only way to lower it is to take drugs!
So now, they have to increase the dosage of the drug to reach these new lower values. What’s going to be the outcome? More drug intolerance and side effects.
